The Women in Finance Awards is an exciting program that identifies the leading women across financial services, from today’s thought leaders to the stars of tomorrow.
On behalf of over 1,800 IRESS people around the globe, we congratulate our three finalists #proudtobeiress #oneiress.
Kirsty’s selection as finalist for the FinTech Leader of the Year award reflects more than 25 years of experience as a consistent and intelligent leader at the intersection of financial services and technology in Australia. Kirsty made her start in stockbroking in the early 1990s and this year celebrated her 25th anniversary with IRESS. She was a leader in fintech well before the term ‘fintech’ was coined.
Marnie’s selection as a finalist in the Innovator of the Year category recognises her leadership in designing, developing and delivering IRESS ViewPoint. Not only is the technology new and providing an innovative platform for IRESS and our trading clients, but Marnie was the catalyst in taking a refreshed and creative approach to product development.
Clare’s recognition as a finalist for the Human Relations Professional of the Year was based on her outstanding contribution and results across a number of initiatives. This included developing our 4K leadership development program, leading the successful IRESS graduate recruitment program and the development of the business program for our oneIRESS Global Conference '17.
