Andrew took the role of Managing Director in October 2009, after seven years as General Manager of the IRESS Wealth Management division, overseeing the growth and direction of our wealth management business in Australia and internationally.
Andrew founded XPLAN Technology (XPLAN), and from 2003 managed the transition of XPLAN from an independent organisation to a fully integrated division of IRESS Market Technology. Prior to IRESS, Andrew worked extensively in the actuarial, financial planning, and technology industries

Stuart Bland
Chief Financial Officer
Stuart joined IRESS in 2001. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions in a range of industries including telecommunications, biotechnology and the wine industry. These senior roles were commercial, financial and M&A focussed. Previous to this, Stuart worked at Coopers & Lybrand for nine years, primarily in their corporate advisory area.

Peter Ferguson
Group General Counsel and Company Secretary
Peter joined IRESS in June 2011. He has many years' experience in international legal and commercial appointments in the financial technology sector, with prior international and domestic appointments including seven years with Nasdaq OMX, located in Stockholm and later Sydney, GBST and SIRCA.

Jason Hoang
Chief Operating Officer - Asia
Jason assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer - Asia in August 2010, after a combined period within the group of five years as National Sales and Marketing Manager of the IRESS Wealth Management division, overseeing the growth and direction of wealth management business.
As co-founder of XPLAN Technology with Andrew Walsh, Jason assisted in the transition of XPLAN from an independent organisation to a fully integrated division of IRESS Market Technology. Prior to IRESS, Jason worked with Mercer in the Financial Planning division, and as National Sales and Marketing Manager at Vision FPS.

Jacqueline Jeremiah
Senior Vice President - Client Services Asia
Jacqueline joined IRESS in January 2005. Progressing through the company she has held various account management roles specialising in portfolio management. In 2010, Jacqueline relocated with the company to the Singapore office where she was appointed the role of Senior Vice President - Client Services Asia. Jacqueline is responsible for managing sales, implementations and ongoing support of the financial markets software for the Asian region. Prior to joining IRESS, Jacqueline held several roles in Asia within the Client Services Industry.

Nixon Lee
Vice President Business Development
When Nixon joined IRESS in January 2010, he was instrumental in introducing XPLAN into the Hong Kong market. Nixon is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Fellow Certified Professional Economist (FCPE) with valuable product and market knowledge.
Prior to joining IRESS, Nixon lent his expertise to several wealth management software start-up companies, and worked with technology providers Wang, Sun and Filenet for business development in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Mainland China.

Jason Rudy
General Manager - Financial Markets Asia
Jason joined the IRESS web products division of IRESS in July 2002, and has since held various management roles covering web products, portfolio products, account management, sales and product management. Combining this experience, Jason moved into his current role to build the business in Asia and to focus on the portfolio and web product areas globally.
Prior to joining IRESS, Jason worked as an IT Consultant for Pitcher Partners Accountants, and held various roles within Estar Online Trading, where he implemented IRESS products for the online trading community.

Leong Hui Yeo
Head - Corporate Business Development
Leong Hui joined IRESS in February 2012 to spearhead corporate business development. He brought with him extensive experience, and a successful track record, in Asia in both Financial Markets and Wealth Management. Leong Hui has successfully built “win-win” business alliances with securities firms, banks, insurance firms and financial advisors in various Asian countries, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. He previously held a position with Phillip Securities.
